Spend a couple hours with unfortunately like-minded folks spit-balling ideas in a writers room format until, as a team, you piece together a short film. The workshop showrunner will be Mark Parks who has won multiple awards in local festivals, including for his comedy "Finger Hole".
The structure of the workshop will focus on the work of working together, taking risks/pushing boundaries, and constructive listening. With very little preamble, participants will get right to work with the knowledge that the finished product, a 5 minute or less comedy film, will be produced and screened at the Shits and Giggles screening. If you would like to be a part of the production, check out the production workshop being offered as well.
This workshop is free but limited in seating. Please sign up only if you are super duper serious about attending.Saturday January 25th from 11am - 2pm
